This year, Samsung introduced Bixby – its own version of the voice assistant. Smartphones with Bixby (and there are five of them: Galaxy S8, S8 +, S8 Active, Note 8 and Note FE in the cut-down variant) while only two languages of voice commands – English and Korean – are supported.
Soon they will be joined by one more. According to the source, on November 30, the Chinese language support will be added. Unfortunately, it is not indicated whether only one localization will be added, or Samsung will offer several more languages. In particular, earlier there were rumors about the addition of French and German in the fall. As for users from Russia, according to reports, Bixby will speak Russian only in the next year. Perhaps, the Korean company will have time to implement the support of the Russian language for the release of the Galaxy S9.
