So, the American corporation introduced the final version of Android 8.0 Oreo.
As you can see, there were no surprises – the “sweet” name is exactly what was expected. From the innovations “cookies” Google highlights the following: increase the speed of opening the application in half, control the background activity of programs, auto-complete forms, the function of “picture-in-picture” (logical continuation of multi-window mode), shortcuts to notifications (you need to click on a point informing about availability notifications), a new power-saving protocol, Google Play Protect system, as well as a number of tools that will help manufacturers improve the speed of the update preparation and diversify the interface (Project Treble, downloadable fonts, icon icons, sound optimization, etc.).
Android Oreo will be added to the AOSP database today, but the update for Pixel and Nexus is still in the status “Soon.” Third-party manufacturers will voice their plans for Android 8.0 later.
