Infinix Hot 3 X554 was launched yesterday. Infinix Hot 3 is a successor to infinix Hot 2 An upgrade to Infinix Hot 2. It won’t be running Android One but still features Android Lollipop 5.1 just like the Hot 2 with Infinix User Interface (XUI) on top.

Infinix Hot 3 X554 (a.k.a. #PlayHot) features the MediaTek MT6580 quad-core processor, comes with 5.5-inch HD display with 720 x 1280 resolution (267 ppi). 2GB of RAM and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop which boost it performance.
The device comes with 16GB of internal storage and support for up to 32GB of external storage sdcard. It is available in two versions the 1GB and 2GB RAM versions which are available to complement individual usage requirements. XUI is also designed to optimize power consumption for long-lasting standby time.
The Hot 3 has some similar specs with the Hot 2, but also differs from the Hot 2 in a lot of ways. It is available in more colours than the Hot 2 and also has a more premium feel.

Compatibility with HDR high dynamic range yields vivid and detailed photos. The combination of 1.4 µm large pixel and specialized night shooting mode makes it easy to capture high resolution images in poor lighting conditions. Other modes include scenic, panoramic, and free-range shooting. Added is also a 2 Mega pixel front facing camera for selfie lovers.
