In this Spirit Google, Proposes to train as many staff and students of the Federal college of Agriculture Akure to acquire Digital skills.

Google is organising a *Free* “Digital Skill for Africa” training to teach 10 million youths in Africa on various digital skills.
“A digitally skilled Africa is good for everyone – for our economy, for entrepreneurs and individuals. And yes, good for INTERNET companies like Google.”
In this day and age where technology is increasing daily, there are so many opportunities available to us but known by few.
Some of the benefits of the training include:
✅ Google would be giving out free certificate to participants* (you know what google certificate would do to your CV).
✅ Learn why small business owners should consider online presence.
✅ Learn how the digital technology affects businesses
✅ Learn how to develop an online strategy for businesses
✅ Learn the digital marketing tools available to grow business, etc.
✅ Encourage entrepreneurship among young people.
✅ Help them identify the right kind of digital job or business for them
✅ Teach them how to attract the attention of potential employers or markets and convince them that they are the ones they should employ or do business with.
✅ Free online resources would also be made available.
